1. Issuance of Detention Certificate

The Office of the Provincial Warden issues Detention Certificate to the individual needing the document stating that the individual is detained or was detained in Aurora Provincial Jail. Certification is issued to affirm the validity of the information.

2. Commitment of Detainee

The Office of the Provincial Warden receives detainees to the Aurora Provincial jail upon receipt of Commitment Order, ensuring that the right of the prisoner is enjoined.

3. Releasing of Individual from Prison

The Office of the Provincial Warden releases individual to the Aurora Provincial Jail upon receipt of Court Order from the court.

4. Jail Visitation

Aurora Provincial Jail encourages the right of the prisoner to be visited by their families and friends compliant to the rules and regulations of the facility with regards to security matters.

5. Conjugal Visitation

Aurora Provincial Jail grants the right of the prisoner to be visited by their families compliant to the rules and regulations of the facility with regards to security matters.

6. Escorting Service in Court Hearings

The Office of the Provincial Warden sets in order escorting services in court hearings of PDL’s.

Provincial Cooperatives Office

Pre-Registration Education Seminar (PRS) is a required seminar for cooperatives before registration. All those who wish to be members are obligated to attend the PRS.

In-House Trainings are additional trainings given to selected cooperatives to further enhance their capabilities and for them to achieve organizational stability

2. Cooperative Livelihood Assistance Program (CLAP)

The Provincial Government of Aurora, through the Provincial Cooperatives Office, grants financial assistance to cooperatives. The government aims for the cooperative’s sustainability and viability to spur economic growth and resiliency.

3. Micro Finance

Provincial Cooperatives Office also grants loans to associations who are planning to register as primary cooperative, but still need to be incubated or immersed to cooperative principles, methods and practices

4. Aurora Cooperatives Credit Assistance for Women (ACCAW)

Due to the absence of programs, projects and activities emphasizing Gender and Development in cooperatives, the Provincial Cooperatives Office implemented the Aurora Cooperatives Credit Assistance for Women (ACCAW).

It is a program that aims to mainstream GAD in the cooperative movement by providing Financial Assistance through GAD Access to credit program involving women in cooperatives. It is a window that funds women’s entrepreneurial or household economic activities with zero-interest, but generates savings for women participants in the program while at the same time generates fund for GAD related-activities for cooperative per se.

1. Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS)

AICS is the provision of immediate and timely monetary assistance to individuals and families whose social functioning have been temporarily impaired by a crisis situation. Assistance may be used for medical needs, burial, emergency financial needs and transportation.

2. Self Employment Assistance (SEA)

SEA is a socialized credit program for groups or individuals who has entrepreneurial skills and who hopes to improve their income. The program components include assessment and validation, social preparation, capital assistance, savings mobilization and access to other social services.

3. Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP)

The program aims to provide a safe and protective environment for children identified as vulnerable victims of abuse, exploitation and violence, by educating families to prevent abuse, violence and exploitation and anabling children at risk to protect themselves through rescue, healing and recovery services. This further supports the development and strengthening of child protection network at community and local provinces.

4. Women/Children in especially difficult circumstances

The program aims to enshrine and institutionalize gender equality and women empowerment in accordance to Republic Act No. 9710, or the Magna Carta for Women. It further focuses on establishment protective and preventive service for women are at risk or victims of any form of abuse and exploitation within the home of work setting.

5. Youth Responsibility Enrichment Program and Kabataan Karunungan Project

6. Provincial Child Minding Center

The Child-Minding Center or CMC is an early childhood intervention facility located within the Provincial Capitol Compound. It caters to children of PGA employees aged one to three years old. Apart from providing children early stimulation and early learning interventions, it also hopes to help PGA employees with the burden of parenting so that they can freely perform their duties and functions in the office.

7. AID to Persons with Disability (PWD)

This program adheres to the primary principle of the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability that states that Disabled Persons are part of Philippine Society; hence, LGUs are giving full support to the improvement of the total well-being of disabled persons and their integration into mainstream of society. The program includes promotion of policies ensuring the rehabilitation, self-development and self-reliance of disabled persons and implementation of projects and services that develop their skills and potentials to enable them to compete favorably for available opportunities.

8. Program for the Elderly

The program maximizes the contribution of senior citizens to society and establishes mechanism by which senior citizens and their families may be helped and appreciated by the entire community. This includes establishment of community-based health and rehabilitation program for senior citizens.
